Shawn Milam, President
Shawn Milam brings over 25 years of experience to his role as President of Brody Transportation. His career in the truck leasing industry began in 1997 with an entry-level position at Penske Truck Leasing. He then honed his skills at Metro Truck Leasing for 16 years, steadily rising through the ranks from Salesperson to Sales Manager.
In 2018, Shawn joined Brody Transportation as Senior Vice President and was named President in the fall of 2024. He is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and leading sales initiatives.
Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Towson University.
Tim Quigg, CFO
Tim leads the company’s financial strategy, including managing accounting procedures and cultivating relationships with banks and lenders. He is responsible for driving company growth to increase profitability while optimizing expenditures.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Towson University. He brings valuable experience from both private business and public accounting.
Patrick Demnicki, VP of Maintenance
With more than 20 years of experience in the trucking and heavy-equipment industry, Patrick has built a career focused on trucks, equipment, service, and customer relationships. His journey began at Pennsylvania College of Technology, where he developed the technical foundation that would shape his career.
After his education, he began his professional career with Caterpillar in 2004, gaining valuable hands-on experience and industry knowledge. He later took the entrepreneurial route in 2012, going out on his own and building his experience through independent work in the trucking industry.
He eventually joined Brody in 2013, where he continued to grow his knowledge and relationships within the trucking industry. He then spent time with CEMEX in 2019, as Maintenance Manager overseeing supply chain, fleet, and concrete plants.
Today, he has returned to Brody in 2024, bringing more than two decades of industry experience, a strong understanding of trucks and equipment, and a customer-first approach. His career has given him a unique perspective from multiple sides of the industry—from manufacturing and independent work to truck equipment and fleet operations.
